Neil L. Cohen
is an experienced trial attorney who has worked on, prepared, and tried virtually every type of criminal matter. Particularly, Mr. Cohen has represented New York City Police Officers for the New York City Patrolmen's Benevolent Association in disciplinary, criminal actions and personal injury matters. Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in 1980, and in 1984 he earned his Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While at law school, Mr. Cohen was a senior editor of the Law Review and ranked in the top ten (10%) percent of his class. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Cohen is also admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association.
Dominic DiPrisco
is a seasoned trial attorney with 25 years of trial experience. He handles all areas of litigation including vehicular, municipal, premises, construction and product liability. Mr. DiPrisco has tried numerous cases to verdict in the five boroughs of New York City as well as the Counties of Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. Mr. DiPrisco received his Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University in 1980 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University (C.W. Post Campus) in 1977. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1982, and the United States Supreme Court in 2000. Mr. DiPrisco is a member of the Columbian Lawyers Association of both Kings and Nassau Counties and was formerly an instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
